Manage automatic renewal in Stripe. Export and close the account in Approval Link.

Free is USD 0. Monthly prices are Starter USD 9, Pro USD 19 and Studio USD 49. Annual prices are Starter USD 90, Pro USD 190 and Studio USD 490. No tax is currently collected for this service. Stripe Checkout displays the final amount before payment. Stripe processes payment details; KurodaLab does not receive or store full card numbers in Approval Link.

Stop automatic renewal

The account owner can stop automatic renewal through the Stripe billing portal linked from the account. A normal renewal cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period shown there; the account can continue using paid features until that date. Stopping use or deleting a link does not cancel automatic renewal.

Close the account now

The owner can instead export the full account archive, confirm that it has been saved, and choose immediate account closure. Approval Link then expires any open Checkout sessions, stops the subscription immediately and refunds the unused portion of the current paid period to the original payment. The refund target is the amount actually paid for that period multiplied by the remaining time divided by the full period, rounded down to whole USD cents. Refunds already made against that payment are deducted. No unused paid time means no prorated refund.

Approval Link waits for Stripe to report the refund as succeeded before deleting active account data. A card issuer may take longer to show the refund on the statement. If Stripe has not yet confirmed the refund, closure remains in progress, account access is restricted, and the system retries. The owner can check the status in the same browser.
