Approval Link keeps the request, revisions and decisions together. The business remains responsible for the underlying work.

Service and responsibility

Approval Link is operated by KurodaLab in Japan. A business can ask a customer or a named person to approve, request changes to, or decline work by link. Approval Link stores the request, revisions, responses, delivery history and supporting files. The recipient does not need an account.

The business is responsible for the content it sends, the people it invites and any lawful notice it must give them. Approval Link does not act as a legal electronic-signature service and does not make a legal decision for either party.

If optional AI drafting is enabled, its output is only a suggestion. The owner must check the selected inputs before sending them for processing, review the returned text and amounts, and choose whether to apply and save them. AI does not send an approval request, record a customer decision or replace the owner's judgment. See the privacy notice for the data sent to the configured AI provider and its handling.

Plans and access

Free is USD 0. The monthly prices are Starter USD 9, Pro USD 19 and Studio USD 49. The annual prices are Starter USD 90, Pro USD 190 and Studio USD 490. Current usage limits are shown on the account's plan page before purchase. Stripe Checkout shows the final payable amount before payment is confirmed.

Plan access starts only after Stripe confirms the paid invoice. Opening Checkout or receiving an unpaid invoice does not grant a paid plan. If payment fails or is reversed, access to paid features can end. Existing records remain available for export until the account is closed, subject to ordinary security and retention controls.
