Proof & Quote Approval
For custom work on Wix

From quote to
completed work.

Keep proofs, quote options, customer decisions and work progress together. One approval link stays with the job.

Proof & Quote Approval is being prepared for the Wix App Market and is not publicly available yet. These guides describe the intended product and support process. Please do not submit customer data until installation is available.

Send your first approval

  1. Check your site and business details.Use the app with Wix Stores or Wix Bookings. Review your business name, reply email, time zone, currency, reminders and work stages. The dashboard is in English; customer pages support English and Japanese.
  2. Try a sample yourself. After setup, choose “Try a sample.” The sample goes to your business notification email, stays separate from orders and bookings, and does not use the monthly approval allowance. One sample can be created per UTC day.
  3. Prepare the actual request.Choose an order, booking or contact. Add your proof or estimate, check the recipient, and review specifications, quote options and deadline before sending. Supported attachments are PNG, JPEG, WebP and PDF, up to 10 MB per file.
  4. Review the customer's decision.Customers use the link without creating an app account. They can check the current version, request changes, or approve the displayed details. A changed request needs a new version and another review.
  5. Keep the job moving.Update the work stage and share pickup or shipping information. Save the approval record PDF when you need a dated record of the accepted version. An approval is not proof of payment.

When something goes wrong

An email did not arrive
Open the approval and review delivery status first. Confirm the saved recipient and ask them to check spam. If the result is uncertain, use the status check before resending; a failed screen does not prove that no message was sent. Use the app's recipient correction or link-copy action when appropriate. Keep customer links private.
The request changed while I was editing
Refresh its status and review the current details before sending. The app can require another review when the Wix order, booking, contact or saved approval has changed.
The link is unavailable
Ask the business that sent it for the current link. An old, replaced, expired or deleted link may no longer work. Do not share the private link publicly or send it to support unless specifically requested through a secure channel.
I reached the monthly allowance
You can keep preparing drafts. Upgrade through “Plan & billing,” or wait for the next UTC calendar month before sending another new request. Existing customer decisions and progress are not blocked by the new-send allowance.
I cannot open billing or save settings
Ask the Wix site owner to check your role and app permissions. Billing and app configuration require the relevant access. Payment collection also depends on the site's Wix invoicing and payment setup.

Export, delete or start again

Use “Export JSON” for site records or “Customer data” to review records associated with a customer's current or previously used email. Check other email addresses separately. JSON contains content and file references, not the files themselves; save any files you need before deleting. Individual approval record PDFs are available in approval details.

“Site data” removes this app's approvals, settings and saved files and returns you to setup. Review the site and count, then type DELETE SITE to confirm. Customer links stop working immediately; file cleanup runs in the background. Reopen “Site data” to check progress. A new setup uses separate storage so old cleanup does not remove new work.

Deleting app data does not cancel a Wix subscription, erase Wix contacts, orders, bookings or invoices, or recall delivered messages and downloads. Wix's own customer-data deletion does not delete third-party app records. See retention and deletion and billing and cancellation.

Contact support

Replies from customers to an approval email go to the business's configured reply mailbox. KurodaLab does not provide estimates, approve work or resolve the business's underlying order dispute.

Owned development sites have been used to check setup, a sample approval, a booking-based draft, one owner-only email delivery, and Wix order and booking fields. Public installation and paid access have not been verified, and no public app version has been released. AI drafting and external webhooks are not available in this pre-release environment.
