The service and operator
Proof & Quote Approval is an app being developed by KurodaLab, operated by Satoshi Kuroda in Japan. These terms take effect on September 25, 2026. The app is intended for businesses managing custom orders, proofs and estimates on Wix.
When available, the app will help authorized users share content, record customer decisions and track work progress. It does not create a professional estimate, perform the work, settle an order dispute, guarantee a result or provide a legal contract-signing service. A dated approval record describes an app event; its legal effect depends on the circumstances and applicable law.
Access and permitted use
You must be authorized to manage the Wix site and the records you use. Keep accounts and private links secure, assign appropriate Wix permissions, and tell us if access may have been compromised. Do not use the app for unlawful content, unsolicited bulk messages, fraudulent approvals, infringing material or attempts to access another site's data.
You retain rights in your content and give KurodaLab permission to process, store and deliver it only as needed to provide the service, support, security and configured integrations. You must have the rights and permissions needed to submit and share that content.
Optional AI drafting, when available, produces suggestions from images and notes the business selects. The business must check those inputs for personal details, review and edit every suggested item, estimate and message, and separately save and send any approval. AI does not decide for the business or send an approval automatically. Suggested amounts are not a guaranteed price or professional assessment. The privacy notice describes the configured AI provider and its data handling.
Reviewing and approving work
The business is responsible for correct recipients, specifications, files, prices, taxes, deadlines, messages and payment arrangements. Customers should review the displayed version and amounts before making a decision. Changes to a sent version require the supported revision process. The app records the name entered by the approver; it does not independently verify that person's legal identity.
Automatic approval is off by default. If you enable it, you must clearly disclose the deadline and outcome for the individual request and establish that the arrangement is lawful and appropriate in the customer's sales jurisdiction. Applicable consumer protections still apply. An automatic outcome is recorded separately from a person's explicit approval.
Email and external systems can be delayed or unavailable. Check delivery and request status before retrying an uncertain action. Approval is separate from invoice payment, shipping and the quality of the completed goods or services.
Wix, plans and integrations
Wix's applicable terms also govern your Wix account, app installation and Wix-billed subscription. Available plans, usage allowances, billing period, taxes and any trial will be shown by Wix before purchase. Public plans are not on sale yet; a development site may show a test plan with a zero charge.
Features may require Wix Stores, Wix Bookings, suitable site permissions, a qualifying app plan or an enabled Wix service. Payment collection depends on the business's own supported Wix payment setup. KurodaLab does not receive or store customers' card details through this app.
Data, cancellation and ending use
Read the privacy notice for processing and retention. You are responsible for notices and lawful instructions concerning your customers. Export records and save needed files before deleting data or ending use. App-data deletion is irreversible through the product and is separate from subscription cancellation.
To stop renewal, follow the billing and cancellation guide. We may restrict access when necessary to address unlawful use, compromised access or a serious threat to the service, with notice where practicable. We will not deliberately withhold existing customer decisions because you have reached a new-request allowance.
Problems, legal rights and changes
Contact contact@kurodalab.com if the app does not work as described. We will investigate the reported behavior and explain available remedies. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Wix handles Wix-billed charges under its applicable rules; see the refund guide.
Japanese law governs these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law, without overriding mandatory protections that apply in your jurisdiction. Material changes will be dated and communicated before taking effect where required.
