Billing & refunds

Manage the app subscription in Wix. Manage approval data in the app.

The public app is not on sale. Development-site test plans may show a zero charge. Prices, trial terms, billing periods and taxes must be confirmed in Wix before any real purchase.

What is charged

The app subscription pays for use of Proof & Quote Approval. It is separate from the prices on your customer quotes and invoices, your Wix site plan and other Wix services. Wix processes app subscription payments; KurodaLab does not collect card details on these pages.

Cancel automatic renewal

  1. Open “Plan & billing” in the app and choose the subscription-management link, or open Wix Premium Subscriptions.
  2. Find Proof & Quote Approval for the correct site. Open More Actions, choose Cancel App, then Cancel auto renew and submit.
  3. Read Wix's confirmation and effective date. If cancellation is unavailable, ask the site owner to check billing permissions.

Cancel before the renewal date shown by Wix. Removing the app from a page, deleting approval data, or stopping use is not a substitute for confirming that automatic renewal has been cancelled. Save the records and files you need before removing the app.

Refund requests

Wix states that third-party app upgrades are generally not refundable. Its App Market terms also allow Wix, at its discretion, to refund an app that does not work properly. KurodaLab does not promise a separate money-back guarantee or a refund decision on Wix's behalf. Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

If you believe a charge is wrong or the app is not working, email contact@kurodalab.com with the app name, charge date, Wix invoice reference and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords or login codes. We will investigate the app issue and direct billing requests to the appropriate Wix process. Customer payments for goods or work must be discussed with the business that issued the invoice.
